Founders Jim Micklos and Dan Seidman have been friends and colleagues for over 20 years. They believe strongly in the idea that everyone who’s been placed in their path should be left in a better place than we’ve found them. Their client success is a byproduct of their personal and professional standards.

Jim Micklos
Jim Micklos is our Founder and Chief Sales Officer whose success is rooted in his belief that understanding his clients’ industry, organization, objectives, challenges and people are essential to their mutual gains.

Jim was the first graduate of a rigorous cross-functional training program at Belden which was designed to develop leaders to take on C-suite roles within the company. In addition to sales & marketing, Jim held assignments in finance, manufacturing and industrial engineering.
Jim has a BS from Ball State University with concentrations in general management & insurance and has an MBA from Miami University with a focus on finance.
Sports-wise, Jim was a multi-year starter at tight end for Ball State and was drafted by the New York Football Giants where they transformed him into a defensive end.
Jim is likely the only person in the world to play competitive basketball versus Larry Bird (held him to 43) and professional football versus Joe Namath (recorded 2 sacks).
Dan Seidman
Dan Seidman is our Founder and Chief Learning Officer who has been recognized as the International Sales Training Leader of The Year in 2013 for his work designing and re-designing existing training, in order to significantly increase sales team performance.
Dan creates models of excellence in a variety of industries. This is done by working with top performers and authorities in client companies to create behaviors which embody those individual’s best-practices in the field. This embodies the highest value that Hands Free Coach offers its client partners.
His body of work can be found in The Ultimate Guide to Sales Training, a 544-page encyclopedia of best-practices on every piece of the sales process.
Dan is an Ekman-certified Behavior Analyst who trains business professionals on reading hidden emotions in the face, giving leaders and sales professionals access to information they’ve never before had – what others are thinking and feeling.
Some of Dan’s elite clients include the 300,000-member Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where his training on reading emotions, truth and lie detection has been approved as an emotional intelligence tool; the 40,000-member Association for Talent Development (ATD) where he created the Sales Accelerators training program. He currently trains CEOs in the world’s top advisory network, Vistage.
Dan is a WORLD MASTER’S ATHLETE with three gold medals playing on the U.S. basketball team. Like all elite athletes and sales pros, he hates losing as much as he loves winning.
